Ordering a PET Scan in Ontario
Ontario continues to approve new indications for PET scan use. Below is a brief overview of the streamlined ordering process, to help you put PET scans to work for your patients.
How do I order a PET scan?
1. Register via CCO’s online referral tool
2. Once registered, login to download the appropriate form (see below) and submit your request. Some indications will also require supporting documentation.
3. Send your request to the location of your choice (full list of locations here)
